Spring is fast approaching and I’m getting ready to work with a number of clients on getting lean for the summer. I work with people who have a range of fitness goals, some want to gain muscle mass, others want to maintain their fitness levels and several want to lose weight ready for summer in London and the holiday season. One of the things I like to do is work out with my clients in Battersea Park doing a range of cross training, running and cycling.
