The holidays are almost over and it is time to get back to working-out. The best way is to start with a good 48 hour detox diet to clear your system, in some cases 48 may not be enough. My advice for anyone who stayed away from the gym for more than 3 weeks is to lower the intensity and start by moving up gradually until you get back to your normal routine.
