All one to one personal training programmes begin with an initial consultation to assess your current state of health and also define your personal objectives. This is essential to every programme as it not only gives us an agreed starting point but also gives us a target to measure your progress against. We will put together a structured and realistic programme specifically designed to deliver maximum results in the minimum amount of time.
